District 65 Superintendent Paul Goren meets with MPES fellows:
Thursday, Nov. 6th, 12:30-1:30pm
Dr. Goren will provide an overview of the opportunities and challenges facing the Evanston public schools. District 65 serves 7500 students in 17 schools with over 40% of the students from families in poverty. Goren will highlight how the district serves a broad range of learning needs in a diverse suburban/urban system.

Prof. Hallett will give an overview of his 2-year ethnographic study which seeks to better understand professional socialization.
